Hi, I am Amethyst Faulk.


I am one half of Amethyst by Faith Photography. I am 26 years old. I currently reside in Lancaster, Ohio, but I grew up in Groveport, Ohio. I moved here to Lancaster with my now fiancé, Jordan, in 2016 after we had our first born son, Eastyn. Over the years we decided to grow our family by 2. Another son, River & a daughter, Gwendolyn. My family is my pride & joy! I grew the love for photography when I was younger. I was always the one wanting to take pictures during events & holidays. After Eastyn was born I decided to try to start my own small business as a photographer. Being really young with a baby & eventually adding 2 more kids in the picture, I just did not have the time. So I stopped. I got another job & focused on that. Where it eventually led me to meet, Faith. Faith & I clicked instantly. We have been best friends for over 8 years now! Crazy! It wasn't until almost 6 years later we found out we both had a passion for photography! We both decided it was time & we were ready to start our own business! So we cut down our hours at our job & here we are. We haven't looked back. We work perfectly together. I love what I do & making memories for others to have. It's my happy place. My favorite thing about Amethyst by Faith Photography is our duo. Faith & I both have very similar yet very unique styles when it comes to being behind the camera! Some other hobbies of mine are sports, whether it's playing or watching, events with my kids, fishing, & going to country concerts! Die hard Buckeye & Reds fan. My favorite sessions to do are boudoir, maternity, & engagements! Our goal is to make sure each client is comfortable in front of ours cameras. I am 27 years old & grew up in small town Pleasantville, Ohio. I'm the other half of Amethyst by Faith Photography!! Photography has always been one of my passions, growing up watching my sisters have their own photography business & my moms love for taking photos of everything really brought it out in me! I am an artist, I love painting & sketching, so taking photos is just another form of art I get to express. My favorite photoshoots to do are couples session & boudoir but of course I love every shoot thrown our way & love even more seeing the reactions from our clients once they get their photos back!! Amethyst & I work hard to make sure each & everyone of you are happy & comfortable when working with us & make it our mission to give you the best experience possible!
